Hunyuan Qi Therapy

Hunyuan Qi Therapy is a practice rooted in Zhineng Qigong Science — one of the most sophisticated qigong lineages in modern China, developed by Professor Dr. Pang Ming in the 1980s. It works with Qi, the vital energy that flows through all living things, to support physical healing, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Unlike approaches that only address symptoms, HYQT works at the root. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it works directly with the organizing intelligence of the universal qi field, creating the conditions for deep, restorative healing. It combines the therapist's directed energy work with practical movement, meditation, and breathing methods that become part of your own daily life.

My approach

I was not the most robust child. Chronic fatigue, frequent illness, a weaker constitution — this was simply my baseline.
